Whacky period. I wondered live how the hell that 2nd UNH goal went in, crazy that Blair backhanded that in on Hutton when he was trying to knock it behind the net, not much he could do. Gift goal for Block and UNH if ever there was one.

Foster needs the D to clear the net out in front of him, too many goals off of shots from the point that get deflected out front.

I'll say this, this is my first actual look at UNH this season, and at least in this game, we don't LOOK as bad as we've SOUNDED on the radio. My dad keeps telling me we're fun to watch, not good on D at this juncture because we're so young (I was also unaware that Krates has a high ankle sprain and is out, making us even younger back there right now). Our offense is solid, Foster is great. With time this could be a really good team.

general note that it doesn't look like Lowell is playing with nearly the same level of poise and composure they were at the end of the last season... that might be something that needs to build over a course of a year but I know we can be better.

PC and Northeastern womans game went to a shootout today. They needed 13 rounds and 26 shooters to decide it. A grand total of 3 pucks went in the net. There's every reason you need to know why the shootout should never make it's way to HE.

Note to Umile - more practice on the PK.. this is crazy.. giving up 6 goals in what 9 PK's.. UGLY

ummm.. yeah that was ugly!!!! Lowell looks like the real deal this year

Not scoring on your own PP's and not preventing the other team from scoring on their's....hmmm what does that sound like....oh ya, recipe for disaster.
