I'd be surprised if he does.

Personally I would give a couple senior forwards a rest. Or at least a non-start at home. Clearly I would be looking for a wack in the side of the head for them to get back to playing smart hockey. I'd be surprised if he does that too.

Well I searched though the media guides that I have....
The closest I could find to Coach playing 1 goalie for the whole season was the 2002-2003 season, where he played/started Ayers in all but 1 game, and the 1999-2000 season, where he played/started Conklin in all but 1 game. In both of those seasons the 1 game was in the first half. That's as far back as I'm willing to check, anything before the 1999 season I have no clue.

Last year, as well, Digi started just one game and came in twice in relief. The start was in the first half while Foster was hurt.

Hi everyone, I'm coming over from the UK next week to catch the two Maine games and while the six of us Alums are sorted with GA tickets we do have a request from another guy from the class of '92 who'd like to come to the Saturday. I understand it's THE hot ticket but if anyone does (for any reason) have a spare GA ticket I will happily take it off your hands and you'll know that it's going to a good home. Cheers!

I'm actually going to the Saturday game since UML is off and I do have a connection for UNH tickets. I'll talk to the guy Monday or Tuesday and I'll post back with what I hear. Obviously not making any promises but I'll give it the old college try.

During the radio broadcast I thought I heard them say that Coach Umile had changed something. I assumed it was the lines or defensive pairings, but don't see anything unexpected in the box score. Anyone?

Yep.. D line pairings.

Midway thru the game he flip-flopped Kostolansky and Campanale, I believe... so it was Kessel-Campanale and Kostolansky-Kipp.

He did that last weekend and then switched back, I believe.

I thought they were talking about us putting 4 forwards with one D-Man on the Power Play. Different look...similar dismal production.
