Definetly agreed on both counts. Gothberg was the difference in the last couple of periods. Too bad they couldn't hold on for another 30 seconds...

That same Gothberg that many UND fans in the UND game chat were calling for to be yanked after giving up UMD's 3rd goal? :eek: :D

Gotta say though, McNeely is looking to be a very good goaltender for UMD. I was surprised he didn't start the Friday game.

They like to overreact in there. Probably would have been worse if Eids didn't speak up...

So very true. Does make for a fun read though haha. Pretty darn nice to have a former player join the chat while following the game. Eids provided some great insight that fans simply don't know.

Yeah true and UMD deserved more than a point. No way in hell they will be in last place by xmas. Like Hak said they could of very easily swept last weekend if it weren't for a bounce here and there. Same could be said for this weekend.

They didn't over react they just wanted to fire the coach, throw Gothberg in the Redriver and jump off of the Gateway Bridge 15 minutes into the game. :)
