As usual, you have things wrong way about. Those guys were so tough they used Hockey sticks as oars.

He only worked every other game back then. Waving the stone tablets around was too taxing.

Pretty sure that was the night Phil solved the Lindbergh kidnapping.

And you guys laugh, but I'd love to see any of you Nodaks row a boat down North 28th. After dark. During a depression.

Not that tough. Just remove the flood walls and let the Red River take it's course. The Venice of the Midwest.

I hate having to explain myself, but again you're missing the point. It was the Depression. They couldn't afford water!

Also I noticed the Badger season thread is closed. I'd start one but I've sworn it off until we win another title. So at least for a few months.
 
Someone is going to get blown out tonight and if Rumpel plays like he did last night it will be UND. Either way, after Bryn's people's elbow from the top rope there will be some slap and tickle from Wisco if they get down a few goals.

Being a Sioux fan I can admit the Gophers are the cream of the crop right now. This isn't the first time they have come out of the gate hot only to cool off when it really counts. Don't see that happening this year. They are loaded. Don't give bucky a chance against them. Hope they prove me wrong.

Change in the line up for Bucky tonight. Wittchow out with a broken finger... no worries though, we have an endless crop of Freshman to fill in.

Sniper Davison is recovered from an early season concussion and taking fast Eddie's spot.

For its part, UND just made easy work of another one of those football schools giving hockey a try.
