Its the first half of the season. UND will be lucky to get a split.

i'm going to call this one a split. Beavers win friday und wins saturday...UND isnt very good playing on opening nights of new arenas...especially their own

Most teams beat the Sioux the year we opened the new Ralph...that was our worst team in 15 years, but I get what you're saying. Who beat that Sioux team? The eventual back-to-back National Champions.

You heard it hear first, gophrhcky9 is predicting North Dakota to win back-to-back National Championships!! :p:D:D

But since we are opening two arenas this year, does that mean that you double that B2B prediction? B2B2B2B?
That would be a dynasty, much like Miami. :)

I had completely forgot about Duluth. For certain, 4 consecutive National Championships. Miami-esque.

A 5-5 tie against a team who is annually at the bottom of the wcha after leading by 4 goals doesnt exactly scream "back to back national championships" to me.

Ok ok ok I humbly accept my loss. We shall see what happens come playoffs this year. My call still stands as a split this weekend. UND taking the win on Saturday night.

Agreed. We shall see what happens. I think your prediction is a good one this weekend. Friday will be a big day for Bemidji and the Sioux will have to match their intensity if they want to be in this game. Saturday I think will be a tight game, but I think the Sioux will manage to take at least 2 points out of the weekend.

Hope this isn't hijacking your thread, but I have a question for the BSU fans. What's the word on Jordan George? As one of my fantasy picks, I see he isn't playing. Thanks for any insight!

Far as I know he is - he played during the scrimmage Sat, although I think he banged his knee. Where did you see that?

My bad, didn't see BSU hasn't played any games yet this year:o. I was a little concerned but that would explain it. Excuse my stupidity:(.
