Yeah. That's a hard one to understand given synchronized swimming and rhythmic gymnastics. And the USA doesn't do particularly well, so it's even harder to understand. Softball? USA with two gold medals, "we don't need no stinkin' softball".

Thanks for the clarification. Rhythmic gymnastics is a waste.
Thought it was Dr. Dot Richardson (orthopedic surgeon). Took my niece to meet her and got to see and touch her 2 gold medals

Senility, it's what's for dinner. Was Kendall her maiden name? Anyway, IMO the IOC is much more inclined to eliminate a sport we do well in.

I've fondled Olympic gold medals, too. Intoxicating.
