Merrimack also got their third recruit in the past couple of weeks yesterday, ’97 F Laine McKay (Hamilton - OJHL). He joins ’97 F Jackson Bales (Oakville - OJHL) and ’96 F Cole McBride (Camrose -AJHL) who recently committed.

Scoville's teammate at Cushing, '99 Marc McLaughlin is a Billerica native and one of best players in his age group in NE. He's uncommitted, plays more like a '96 or '97

Whenever I see new posts in this thread I'm always hoping there will be news of a recruit signing. Think I'll have better luck playing Powerball.

Maine gets a couple of commitments today.

Maine is really focussing on size. Will be interesting to see in a few tears as it flies in the face of what college hockey has become
Must be a flash back to 94 when they played lake state

I took a look at the USHL box scores for the first time in awhile and noticed Nick Master had a two goal game tonight including an OT game winner. It looks like he's been on fire as of late. 12-8-20 +16 over his past 17 games.

Another goal for Nick on Saturday night. He currently has 34 points (20-14-34) in 47 games played.

Ryan Dmowski has been playing very well lately. He was mentioned in the USHL weekly recap:

"Buc Shot…Des Moines Buccaneers forward Ryan Dmowski scored two goals in a span of 1:27 during Friday’s 4-3 shootout loss to the Lincoln Stars. It was the first multi-goal game of his USHL career. He followed up with another goal in Saturday’s 5-1 win over Lincoln. It gave him six goals during his current five-game goal streak, tying for the longest goal streak in the USHL this season. The 17-year-old has tallied 12 goals over his last 21 games for the Bucs. It is the longest goal streak by a Bucs player since Willem Nong-Lambert scored seven goals over a six-game streak in 2012-13."

Longtime ITC student Garrett Metcalf of the Madison Capitals (USHL) just committed to UMass Lowell! Congrats Garrett!

Proud to announce my commitment to play D1 college hockey at UMass Lowell. Thanks to everyone who has supported me along the way #RiverHawks

Metcalf has a 7-8-3 record for Madison (same team as current UML commits LeClerc and Lohin) with a 3.36 GAA and a 90.6% save rate. From Salt Lake City, Utah, Metcalf just turned 19 (born 3/5/96). I'm assuming this is for two years from now (2016 incoming)? Not sure if they're still going after the other goalie recruit who was interested in them (trying to find his name again, but he was a '97).
