I do get that, but I've been on this track consistently for a while. PC and UMass used their success to change their recruiting tactics to increase their talent level. I had thought Lowell would look to do the same. I think you set up a "this is probably the best you'll be able to do" when you don't try and increase your talent level. A system can only do so much without talent (and vice versa of course).

3.5* recruit according to NZ. He played for Salisbury School in the U18 USA Hockey Nationals in May, and this is what they said about him:
Parks is a big and strong forward that has offensive upside that he appears to still be piecing together. He can make a move on the rush with his hands but loses speed as he still needs to move his feet. He has a strong net front presence, was effective at angling on the forecheck, and stretched the zone well on the breakout. He made numerous passes that were tape to tape and he received passes with no trouble. He had one goal in the tournament and it was a golden opportunity to tie the game in the semifinals and he converted on a well placed shot. Flashes of offensive ability throughout the week were there but the other aspects of his game were his strengths. Grade: B-

Jaiden Moriello named to the BCHL Top Prospects Game (occurring in January 2020). Moriello leads West Kelowna with a 13-10-23 in 24 games.

Updating for Bob.
