Not sure how long that goalie stays. 5th round pick ? As good as I've seen play the college game in many years

Congrats Riverhawks on a dominating weekend of hockey. You deserved it all. Good luck in the NCAAs; I'll be rooting for you and the other HE teams to go far. Play the way you did this weekend, and you could go all the way.

Looks like it'll be Worcester and Mankato on Saturday.

Also, Dale Arnold just absolutely butchered Wallin's name. Pronounced it Wall-een.

Mankato played pretty bad down at PC this year....goaltending was an issue but they had some decent talent on the offensive side...Congrats on the conference title, you guys are the real class of the conference.

Worcester... should be easy enough for me. Can I get a ticket through somebody? I MIGHT not do that... if its Sat/Sun then I should have no problem going with my father.

Bridgeport... Depends upon opponents, probably not an issue getting tickets. Not sure if I want to cold bother kingdobbs (UConn fan/alum) for couch space. Will probably take the train.

Cincinnati... Will want to go in on hotel. Monty, would like to coordinate ASAP.

Also, according to NESN, Helly is a freshman, and all 4 wins at the garden were this year. They need to stop pretending to care about college hockey.

Pat, no reason it shouldn't be Worcester, especially following bracket integrity.

NESN has been terrible all year as they focus on what is going on with the Red Sox in SPRING training!

Worcester sounds good to me but what a tough draw. MN State hasn't lost since January. Oh well, WI scared me last year and we know how that turned out. :D

Nice run at the right time. 2 shutouts, thats unreal, Lowell is a team to be feared wherever they go. Good luck in the NCAAs

We are 2x hockey east champions!!! Man it feels really good to say that. Congrats to all riverhawk fans!!!!

Congrats on the championship. I'll also say it adds some confidence about my team. You guys had your hands full with UVM over 5 games and absolutely destroyed ND and UNH. Anyway, good luck going forward and hopefully we can do game 6 this season.

Well, that was certainly impressive. Congrats to UMass-Lowell and their fans. Notice has been served. I am NOT looking forward to the likelihood of UML being in BC's regional, but to quote Ric Flair, if you wanna be the man, you gotta beat the man.

So reviewing this weekend, I'm pretty sure I've not seen this team play this well ... ever. This was pure and complete domination (that's how you're supposed to use that word UMass Amherst fans). Wow. Shocking. Connor was fantastic, but he really wasn't tested all that often, because of how well Lowell defended in front of him. Some of the goals this weekend were highlight reel ...

They played the perfect weekend. Let's keep this up, because now the fun begins.

On a side note ... never, ever, ever, ever would I have imagined this when Bazin was hired. This is so freakin' cool.
