Re: UML 2013/2014 Season, II ... May I have another?
That may turn out to be true but it doesn’t feel that way. The roots of my concern lie in the offensive scoring which is more concentrated than the last couple of years. Pendenza, Chapie, White, and the defensive contributors have been fine. Arnold, Wilson, McGrath (albeit to a lesser extent), and Holmstrom have been disappointing. Campbell has shown signs of life of late, Maniccia’s OK; Wallin is a bigger disappointment this year than even last. Gambardella has been the poster boy for Riverhawks play. I’ve watched the kid have jump from the get go; hustles on every play, gets to a feces load of pucks but lacks that finishing touch.
Here’s hoping a couple more of them find their games during this brief respite and to them collectively making a serious run to defend their HE crown and another trip to the FF.
Well, ND is going to have troubles in that they'll have to go through us... perspective here.
