UMass Lowell 2025-2026: Youth will be served

Scotty k is living in the past
Actually, I'm posting stats, nothing else. They show you what has happened up to this point, and do not tell you what is going to happen.

Also, if people didn't enjoy the past, there'd be no reason to raise championship banners. But hey, if you want to keep being negative, that's on you. I prefer to think positively, since there's already too much negativity in this world.

That was a fantastic win. When UConn tied it at 1, I thought here we go again. The offense blew up as a response and that was great to see!

Now get the sweep, let's build on this.

only saw the third, reviewed the second. A few small errors nearly cost us. I haven't seen the other games to say we're obviously bad per se. I think we're slightly slower than UConn, slightly more mistakes than UConn, and slightly weaker puck handling than UConn... but I don't care, a win is a win. But I don't think we are far and away Another hard effort tomorrow will give us an opportunity for the weekend sweep. Even UConn's "meltdown" only the last goal during that sequence looked mildly bad for them and even then. Sometimes pucks bounce that way.

Couldn’t figure out the backup goalie.
Credit to the kid, he played a hell of a game. A couple of the saves, people around me were already jumping up to celebrate and somehow he kept those out.

These are the types of losses that, while frustrating, I can take. Playing the #10 team in the country, out played them for lots of the game, just couldn't find the net. Of course, the not finding the net is a continuous frustration going back a few years now.

Did hear a couple of people boo while it was 2-1 and that was (to me anyway) disappointing. You're playing a nationally ranked team (that you beat the previous night) and are down a goal ... it's not like they weren't competing hard.
