Well this stinks (from UML Athletics Facebook, posted three hours ago) -
"Unfortunately, due to a lack of student interest around the holiday, we've had to cancel the bus trip to Albany. Student Tickets are still available at the Times Union Center Box Office for students at a discounted rate."
I can't see how Lowell can pull the plug on the bus trip 6 hours after announcing it on Facebook today? Not a whole lot of time to make plans given they announce it at around 10am and then kill it at 4pm? I know it's the holiday weekend but that doesn't seem to be affecting Q as seen on their website -
"Quinnipiac Athletics will also sponsor round-trip bus transportation for Saturday, Mar. 26. If Quinnipiac wins on Saturday, bus transportation will also be provided for Sunday, Mar. 27.

REGISTRATION FOR SUNDAY'S BUSES OPENS AT THE CONCLUSION OF SATURDAY'S GAME, AND CLOSES ON SUNDAY, MAR. 27 AT 12 NOON."
How can Q keep bus registration open until Friday afternoon, day before the game, while Lowell kills it 6 hours after announcing it and 4 days ahead of the game? Unbelievable fail on the part of Lowell on this to help get fans there with poor publicity and effort. Really disappointed.
