It's not the first time Norm's done it. I seem to remember a Northeastern game from a few years ago that worked out the same way.

More than once. I never understand it, even when it works out, which is why I am not a coach.

I think he did it because you didn't convert on a crap ton of man advantages. So he went for the 2 man. Plus, not everyone can do what fitzgerald did there. That wasn't easy.
