So if all goes according to plan, who do you all see as the three stars for the Riverhawks this weekend?
My order would be as such:
3) Riley Wetmore (Captain will lead with leadership and come up big)
2) Derek Arnold (Just scores when we need a goal)
1) Connor Hellebuyck (The goalie that none of the pundits on ESPNU talked about, but they will after the weekend)

But honestly, I don't really care too much for Melrose's comments and what not.... I get that we bashed you last year.... get over it lol

BU has a head coach already. That was quick. A thought came to my mind whilst perusing the Lowell Sun today. Can we compare Chaz Scoggins to Jack Parker? People compare Leaman to Bazin even though the body of work doesn't quite support the grouping so why not? Before you flame the crap out of me, hear me out.

1. They've both been around college hockey since the 1812 Overture was a hit selling millions on the gramophone.
2. They're both legends when it comes to explaining things that didn't quite happen in college hockey.
3. They've both phoned it in for the past 7 or 8 years.
4. They're known to have unintelligible outbursts on the radio.
5. They're both retiring this year. Confusingly while Lowell's hockey team quickly ended Parker's career, they seem to sustaining Chaz's.

So your captain is gonna lead with leadership, eh? Barry, is that you? ;) I could have sworn they talked about Hellebuyck, but maybe that was after they were done talking about Troy "Grozeniak"

Starman has you guys winning it all and a lot of that has to do with the play of your goalie. The funny thing is Melrose has Wisconsin.

Again I honestly think he picked them to spite us due to the crap we said about him last year! And yeah that dies sound like a melrose thing eh?

about an hour ago ... got 215 - Row D - seats 1&2

Can't get "children's prices" at Tsongas Box ... so paying full price for my 10 year old. Anyone know why there isn't a Row A or B in 215 or how the sightlines are from 215?

Pickings are getting slim on Ticket Master ... they've got to be approaching 75% on sales for Two-Day Packages --- so the One Days, once available, may only be singles.

Past history at this venue has seen about 80% capacity (in the 6800 - 8000 range)... maybe a sellout this year (9800?).

That would not bode well for Tsongas ever getting a regional ... do they even qualify anymore now that they're "on campus"?
 
Bought my tickets months ago when they were having a half off sale. Ended up just choosing Section 212, Row A. Appears to be the front row of the student section! Couldn't have lucked out any more! Go Lowell!!!!

Alumni assoc said it was definitely Murphy's... But the call I put in was to Ted priestly as he has claimed to be party master in the past... I haven't heard back

I have a "meeting" w the alumni assoc to discuss DC and I asked if they were sure.

At this point, whatever it is, I'd like to know what happened.
