HOCKEY EAST TIEBREAKERS

At the conclusion of the regular season, teams will be ranked by the number of points accumulated. If two teams are tied for first place, they will be declared co-champions.

For playoff seeding purposes, the following tiebreakers will be used at the conclusion of the regular season

1. Head-to-head results between the tied teams

2. Number of wins in conference play

3. Best record against the first-place team(s), then the second-place team(s), then the third-place team(s), and so on

4. Coin flip

If more than two teams finish in a tie, the same criteria will be applied to reduce the number of teams tied, and then the process will commence again.

Did anyone stick around for the senior celebration in Talon room after the game? How was it? Maybe I missed it, but I only heard them announce it once during the game.

We were late because Mr les still had stuff to do after the game.It was packed when we got up there.

UNH just tied with Maine.

So to take the 1 seed we need a win or a tie
And if its a tie we need a BC tie or loss.

Stress levels are high here

Norm shouldn't have made the comment about clutching, grabbing and hooking last night. Seems they need to prove they know what a penalty is (listening to Bob). Too bad they haven't seen anyone from the home team commit an infraction.

Chas now chiming in. Not happy with the subpar officiating- offsides that aren't. A penalty on Providence that is imaginary, etc.

Yeah... a lot of that is iffy tonight...

That being said... given the 4PKs I thought they had a great period all things considered

watching... little things to key in on otherwise, again having taken the 4 penalties, I thought we played the way we didn't yeseterday. PC is still tenacious and capable but not up to mark through 20.

I tried the watching thing once but the delay drives me crazy and I won't give up listening to Bob. Plus I have DSL so it buffers so long it makes me crazy

Well, yeah, you'd have to not listen the the radio... Streaming audio is ahead of streaming broadcast so its the same deal. It'd be cool if one could finess in a time delay/sync manually or otherwise

Yes it would be but I am not the one who will figure it out. I wish there was a feed that had WJUL and Robert on it
