Maybe...but there are alternatives to putting a game on at 4pm on a Sunday, especially against a Patriots' game. Unless they were asked by ESPN, then it makes sense, but ESPNU is showing the UVM-Dartmouth thriller.

you're assuming that common sense is employed... keep in mind that this is the same outfit that has scheduled maine vs. unh during winter break in the past

They never televised a Maine game while Jenkins was playing. Camera man couldnt keep up.Even Jackson couldnt touch Jenkins. He wuz so fast you couldnt see him, and the puck couldnt keep up

Todd Jenkins was one of the fastest players to put on skates for Maine. He killed penalties off by passing the puck to himself off the half boards. From Michigan and now coaches, one of everyone's favorite players at the time. Played '85-'89 and while not a scorer was a joy to watch skate!

correct. i had forgotten about that... a friend who went out to chicago for the game had to adjust her flights because of it...

They were, but they do play Sunday and Monday nights occasionally. The bottom line is the athletic department had options and dropped the ball. At least Blake is gone and maybe the new guy will have a little more sense.
