Lowell is up on UMass flagship. A win tonight would be huge if Lowell pulls it out.

I'd like to see them put the pedal to the metal and go up 3 to 1 to make Vermont come out of their defensive shell

Arnott was not playing the man, he was playing the puck and got his doors blown off. So I think the key breakdown on that play occurred due to that. If he plays the man likely it doesn’t turn into much.

Overall though, Maine played better 1st period tonight vs. last night. I saw more possession in the ozone for Maine. Let’s hope that at least continues.
 
Just a parade to the box this period... I know Vermont's PP is anemic but still don't want to give them opportunities to figure it out.
 
And another Vermont power play. This time Lindauer with a slash. Wow, Vermont on a power play most of this period.
 
I m not sure what’s up with the ticky tack calls…uvm is holding the stick and interfering with players trying to skate down ice

(they dud let two consecutive trips go…one each way)
 
Lesakowski gets blown by trying to play the body, easy pass to the slot and the game is tied. Kept playing with fire and they got burned.
