He’s been the worst player for Maine tonight, I think. Frustrating period, they largely dominated most of the way through and come out of it down a goal. If they play like that consistently though I bet they win.

Looked a bit rusty defending on that first UNH goal, that was a whiff.

For once, one didn't go wide and ring around out of the zone. :D

Holway got away with a hook on Nazarin on the breakaway. Makes up for the quick whistle no goal I guess.

Great to see Maine win a playoff series for the first time in a while. They're a solid road-team and certainly have a chance to advance further in a depleted HEA.

Congrats and good luck against PC. Would be great to see thousands of Maine fans back at the Garden again!

I think this season has to be considered a clear step forward with 18 wins and winning a playoff series. I'd be thrilled if Maine got anything out of next weekend, but don't expect it. Hopefully Maine is able to get two or three more good players next year. If this happens and the returning guys improve Maine should be in the mix for an NCAA spot.
