UMaine 25-26: Marques My Word: Back to the Big Time

Boija and Djurasevic both looked good in the first.
The shot blocking is literally heads and shoulders above where it’s been. Albin is also cool as a cucumber in a way we haven’t seen at all this season
This is what has stood out to me the most tonight. Boija has been great but they're blocking so many shots tonight. Djurasevic and Usereau have both looked pretty good tonight.

Maine playing great. The 5 minute major was a momentum killer.

Let’s hope it gives them a boost in confidence heading into the 3rd.

I think Boija’s looks solid positionally. Fundamentally sound tonight. Great to see.

Maine had several grade A chances. Their goalie keeping this from being a lop sided game.

Let’s hope the boys just keep pressuring and grinding and do NOT go into a trap. I hate when Barr puts them into a trap. Let’s other team have momentum and doesn’t usually work. So please for the love of god no friggin trap.

Dynamite second period, they were dogpiling them until the major, which they still then managed to kill. Let's lock it down in the third and grab a big win.

If you told me take 1 of 2 in Denver or get swept in Orono by UHN I would begrudgingly take the Denver option.

Why? UHN wins dont mean shit in the new rankings system compared to winning in Denver on the road.
