UConn 2016-2017

UConn fans win this encounter. We'll get a new FB coach out of it. BC is still stuck with Addazio and Pasqualoni.

Oh, btw, UConn hockey beat BU 4-0 in Boston. Overall Husky Nation feels pretty good tonight.

For future scheduling though, they should schedule the UConn/BC hockey weekend to coincide with the FB weekend. Can't believe both FB programs are gonna be this bad forever.

You weren't far from wrong. Word is there is a Go Fund Me page started to get Diaco bought out!!! Gonna have to be a big Go Fund Me page.

Agree to disagree Tuts... nothing set in stone yet for either team, you could see both coaches get canned or both stay. Uconn has no money to even pay this guy's package if they cut him short. Too bad, I really thought you were going to the B12 (just kidding). But seems like Butch is still saying "the B1G is interested" so at least we can all have some laughs until he realizes the B1G is not interested.

Rumors are a new BC AD are on their way soon. Anyway, blowing out such a bad program like Yukon goes to show why BC should not be scheduling them anyway. It was a no-win for BC in every way.

UConn adds defenseman Philip Nyberg for the second semester. Nyberg was a former Wisconsin recruit.

Thanks for that remark. The Desert Classic win with two of their top players gone to World Juniors is very encouraging. But you are right. Pretty soon the state of Connecticut is gonna rival the state of Massachusetts in the east. Even Sacred Heart is raising their game (and beats UConn consistently much to the Huskies fans' irritation). Looking forward to UConn-Yale.

Well, we got our new FB coach and the hockey team won a tournament and is now above 0.500. Time will tell. And you guys won a bowl game. Things could get fun here in a bit.

Looks to be a good crowd for Saturday, bought tix today, hardly anything left in lower bowl. Do you guys think Thompson will be back for the game?
