UAA: Patiently Waiting For Next Season, Every Season...

Re: UAA: Patiently Waiting For Next Season, Every Season...

The Northern Light wrote some info about that on their website this afternoon .. http://www.thenorthernlight.org/2015/04/14/wells-fargo-sports-complex-to-undergo-renovation/

Thanks. The article states that "Posters displaying the blueprint of the upgraded Wells Fargo Sports Complex will go up soon in the Wells Fargo Sports Complex spine and the Alaska Airlines Center". I wish there were a way to see them online!

Re: UAA: Patiently Waiting For Next Season, Every Season...

Just saw news of some accusations about a Nanook hockey player. This cannot be good.

Re: UAA: Patiently Waiting For Next Season, Every Season...

No host Hockey "brunch buffet" at the Varsity Sports Grill
this Sunday 11:00 A.M.
Advance reservations at 786-1250 required $40
No "walk ups" must have reservation in advance.
Just guessing but I doubt that phone number is answered outside of regular business hours.
Should be a good event.
Hope to see you there.

I guess they figure none of the UAA fans go to church, eh? Won't be able to make it.

Don't have the link but it's in The News Miner and on KTUU site.
Accusations
Hate the Nooks but whether the accusations are proven true or not hockey doesn't need this .
Wow, it's oddly quiet up there about this. Both media and University have said nothing about it beyond the article.

Well, I guess all of this was too much for the UAF Chancellor. The University System is just in shambles!

It different news, Luka Vidmar is in the camp right now for Slovenia's World Championship team. No idea if he'll make the final roster though.

I guess they figured that all UAA fans can afford 40 dollars.

Also, Sunday Brunch was invented by heathens to keep Mimosas secret.

Kevin Clark is rumored (eliteprospects.com) to be going to the KHL next season after tearing it up in the DEL with two straight years in the top two in scoring.

So the Renouf twins will indeed be playing this season. According to the release today from the Seawolves they redshirted last season so I'm assuming that makes them eligible this season.

Thomas has something to say about all the incoming players in the release. It's very positive sounding stuff.

Ha, I was just coming to post this, you beat me. Nice article, and I love how early it was released.
