You got rid of a pretty good name, and ditched the chicks team, there must be a couple of overage Canadians that want to still play in Grand Forks.

:) A bit of a Scooby viewpoint, yes. In fact, I would say the glass has nothing in it but a few spots from the dishwasher.

You mean like UM vs Nebraska in football, close game? There is one thing I never do, and that is truly expect a guaranteed win against a rival. Especially a game where all it takes is a hot goalie, or a bad ref, and any team can lose.

Actual serious question for you dirty UNDies -

How long does it take for NCHC.TV to post up replays of games? I'm cursed and not going to be able to watch it live, wondering how long I will have to wait to see the replay via NCHC.TV and if I'll be able to stay away from sites that list the score for that long.

Now's the time to ask, I guess. Who coined the name "Whioux?" I assumed it was a gopher fan (who must have had help). It was a good stroke, btw.

Avoiding the score will be difficult. It will be front page above the fold everywhere. EXTRA! EXTRA! HAWKS TEAR APART SQUIRRELS!

I'm glad there has been a decent attempt here to resurrect the old game week thread. I miss those. The sentimentality has interfered a little with my gopher hate, which is distressing. All the more reason to hate the little f c ers.

“Quite a few” generally means many years, the exact number of which is usually not specified. In this particular case that I made reference to, I believe the actual number is 6 but I could be off by a year or two one way or the other.

I’ve heard that with old age comes the loss of three things... the first one is memory and I forgot the other two. That’s why I said “quite a few”, because I’m not 100% positive what the exact number is.

So now that I have answered your question, I have a question for you...

What on earth possessed you to nitpick on something so trivial as this?

Not a thing? Tell that to those who regularly stroll the confines of the arena up there. I heard there is a logo or two that beg to differ. Either way, the game should be entertaining....to listen to.:mad::mad:

The Orleans Sportsbook has UND a big underdog. +210 (bet $100 to win $210 plus your $100 back).

What to gopher fans have to say about the team's speed this year? Mankato had more team speed than UND last weekend.
