Wow
Umass was moving the ball pretty well in the 1st half and then with that INT in the 3rd I stopped watching and went and did some chores. I figured UMAss rolled after that. Guess not, good stuff, I forgot Timmay isn't coaching the football team

i don't think it's a 'style' in that it's his intent to have them play this way. But he so focuses on eliminating the mistakes they make, he thinks what he's doing is going to improve the team, but instead, he makes them so afraid of screwing up, of making mistakes, that they end up second-guessing their natural instincts. It's like they've completely forgotten how to play the game, because before they do anything, they've got a million thoughts running through their heads: "Is this what coach wants me to do here; if I do this, what if it's not the right thing; do i dump the puck in and fall back to play defense, or do I rush the zone; check this guy here, or fall back;" and a million others. TIMMY just overcoaches to the point that they're paralyzed. And it shows in their lifeles, listless, passionless play.

The first few weeks of the season, they're eager to get out on the ice, they play by instinct, and what they've learned in 15+ years of playing this game. But after a month of practices, Timid Tim coaches all of that right out of them.

Then they shouldn't even listen to him anymore!!! Will it really matter at this point???.......what's he gonna do?.......sit the entire team? We all know what happens when the entire team turns against a coach........usually he/she gets fired (see Blodgett).

Complete amateur hour. no link to the audio feed available at the Maine site. Only video. Like I'm gonna pay 8 bucks to see this lousy product on lousy streaming.

Internet broadcasts have been a complete joke ever since they dumped The Zone.

Edit: Looks like a complete cank-up, as it now says the video feed will not include audio commentary.

I'm listening to WMEB on TuneIn, they do a pretty good job.

unreal... collegehockeynews' live box score has the women's team info for starting goalies... guessing that won't be available either... what a joke...

Got a reply from my email to Stretch Intenet, the provider, who stated:

Maine Men's Ice Hockey vs UMass Lowell and Maine Women's Ice Hockey vs Niagara have been scheduled as video only broadcasts. As such there will be no audio only streams available for those events.

So I emailed them back and told them basically to get an effin' clue.

Was headed for the WMEB site next.

The Tunein thing doesn't seem to want to play for me. Any advice on getting it to work?
