4 in. I'm loving it. Might finish today.

Did not watch. Still 4 in. Hope to finish this week.

I thought the ending to Dublin Murders was ultimately pretty meh. A real, "here's a real life ending for you and doesn't life really suck" kind of ending.

I agree. Both my wife and I were pretty ticked we invested the eight hours for that payoff.

SyFy running their annual Twilight Zone marathon. Watching a very young Lee Marvin in The Grave right now for about the 65th time and it is still so good.

Re: TV: A Succession of Watchmen in The Good Place

Watched season 3 of Leah Remini’s show.

Holy **** Scientologists just enrage me.

FBI needs to raid and make arrests!

Re: TV: A Succession of Watchmen in The Good Place

Finally watched the first 2 episodes of Bojack Horseman. It's brilliant.

Finally got to the end of Mr. Robot. I have much to say but I'm not up to it right now.

❤️ The Twilight Zone!!! Bought the dvd box set a few years back.

It’s a cookbook!

I saw 2 episodes this time I had never seen before, and I thought I had seen them all 100 times each. The silent one with Buster Keaton, and "Still Valley" with the confederate soldier and the book of witchcraft.

I just can’t get behind bojack. I want to like it, but it’s just not that funny. Unless it’s like Kepler’s theory about Marvelous Ms. Maisel and that it’s just making fun of its own viewers.

Caught Will the Real Martian Please Stand Up? And Midnight Sun near the end of the marathon.

Two absolute classics.

I always enjoyed thing on the wing and fallen telephone wire on the grave.

Re: TV: A Succession of Watchmen in The Good Place

I'm done with about 10 eps of Cobra Kai (now that Netlix has it on disc). It's wonderful series full of nostalgia. I wasn't expecting anything more than that. Hoping for a sequel that got more in depth than a movie could (so a series, duh ;) ) and it's delivering.

Ranker is on point for TZ, although "Four O'Clock" and "Steel" should each be far, far higher.

Finished Season 1 of The Witcher. It was pretty good. But, I see references to GOT on the Internet, sorry, it's not in that league. And it came nowhere close to competing with The Watchmen. They made a bizarre choice in the finale that I just hated (don't want to give it away) but other than that it was a Solid "B" series.

Re: TV: A Succession of Watchmen in The Good Place

If you're a Watchmen fan and hated episodes 1 + 2 for whatever reason you should watch at least through 3. If you still hate it, fine. But, I think 3 really fleshes out that this series is a Watchmen series. This show has been excellent and I'm really enjoying it. I am riveted every episode. Much like I was for GOT. A rare experience.

went through this over the past week. Absolutely correct, I was kinda 'meh' after the first two episodes, and then, once jean Smart made an appearance, this show took off. The episode where Angela met her hubby was excellent, the dialogue was wonderful.
