Loved that guy ever since I first saw him in the movie D.E.B.S years ago. A bit of a fluff film, but also fun and clever in the way it goes about it.

Never knew he was on Letterman, and I went down a huge Lyle the Intern rabbit hole a year or so ago. Hysterical.

Can’t remember what talk show it was, but on one of them he told the story of his family watching Westworld. They all agreed that it was so nice that he was finally playing someone normal. His reply was something like “Weeeeellllllllll… yeah! Great, right? Keep watching.”

I know, right? He plays the perfect character for a show like that. I agree on the second season not being needed, but at least worth giving a shot, though lately Apple TV second seasons seem to run out of ideas (*cough* Last Thing He Told Me *cough*).
 
Before just 5 minutes ago I would have bet money my first recollection of both Jimmi Simpson and Cillian Murphy was them playing cromulent frat boys in a movie, but having looked they've never appeared together. Hmph.
 
Comcast and Scripts are so freaking greedy that they are dumb as hell.

Scripts has channels that can be gotten for FREE over the air. But they want Comcast to pay more for rebroadcasting the channels.

So if consumers get tired of this crap, BOTH companies will lose money.

Yep. I have to do comcast because of where I live for Internet but they are on the way out once the fiber gets here.

And Sports is where they really jack you.

I am looking at options. Youtube TV, Fubo, DirectTV over the Internet. We'll see. I may end up bouncing from one to the other depending on how bad they want my business.

Comcast will never be consulted, ever again.

Many local broadcasters charge cable companies to rebroadcast them. Been going on for ages. And yes, it does seem to be cutting off their noses to spite their faces.

When I was down in Costa Rica, and our daughter went to bed, my wife and I would fire up Netflix. It was genuinely surprising to see some of the shows available there. Also, some shows had the text on the various road signs switch to Spanish. It became a game to find the differences.
