South suburbs are where it's at. Lakeville is beyond cake-eater, but they don't quite have the noteriety yet. Trust me on this one.*

But SW suburbs? They're more ghetto than cake-eater. You have to look beyond the appearances. :eek:

*Buddy has owned two homes in Lakeville, both built/designed by him. He was 25 when he got the first home, 28 for the second. First: $400K 4 BR/3BA, all the trimmings. When they had their first kid, he said he needed a bigger house. Yeah. Built a $550K 6BR/5BA home. No, he's not insanely in debt and it's not daddy's money either. :eek: Honestly, he's as humble as they come, too.

What part of SouthWEST are you two morons not understanding? West Bloomington, Edina, Eden Prairie, Chaska, Chanhassen, Lake Minnetonka...yeah, real ghetto. :p

Ghettobrook in SLP is as ghetto as the SW suburbs get...which is to say not a lot...

check a map, dingus. While the towns above are southwest, so are fine establishments like Shakopee, Savage, East Bloomington, a slice of Richfield, and Chaska. Real classy places.

The problem with the northern suburbs are that you need to find the nice areas. I live just off the TPC up in blaine. Great area near the NSC and SuperRink. If you start comparing the mansions in the three E cities to the areas of Cloverhood yeah, the northern suburbs suck.

Shakopee and Savage?

Ok first if you call Savage a SW suburb you'd have to call Burnsville one as well and that's just not happening. Also I wouldn't count anything NOT in Hennepin County as a SW suburb. Your definition is sketchy.

Richfield I must concede.
