It saves everything you enter? That seems annoying, as it would then save any typos or spelling errors made from texting in haste. I suppose you could add it manually if it's not working.

Ah, makes sense. I just went in to my dictionary and added all the swear words I needed and that's all I need for predictive text. I don't have auto-correct though so I don't have the issue you had.

Inconsistent and decimated with injuries up front. Played two good games where our lack of bench killed us and got swept in two one-goal games by Gophers, sweep in Wisconsin with a blowout Friday then need a third period comeback with the GWG by a blueliner turned winger due to injuries, lose to UAA in OT then destroy them Sat, win convincingly in Houghton Fri then play well but not great and miss out on probably a point bc Lee plays a great game then has one bad moment on the second goal.

SCSU has to figure out how to win close games. Interestingly we are 4th in the WCHA in goal differential in both conference games and overall but one and two games under .500 respectively.

It is going to be very interesting to see how this UMD team plays in the NHC. I am inclined to believe they will buck their recent trends and Gain more than a split. UMD has scored more goals than any team in the country so it is going to be interesting to see how SCSU tries to stop them.

I'm not horribly worried about getting lit up, we haven't given up more than 3 goals in the last ten and have a 2.2 GAA over that stretch, only given up 4 once in the last 17 and I know tUMD can score but we've played CC, WMU, MN and DU over that stretch. Problem is we have to get points both nights and I worry about playing great one night and losing a 2-1 type game the other to kill home ice.

tUMD does not need the MacNaughton. Already wrapped up a second round bye, so just need to get through this weekend, beat the Landcows twice next weekend and off to St. Paul before the regionals. Interesting to ponder what happens to Jan's TUC status should tUMD sweep this weekend. I'm more concerned with Bucky as well as Bemidji remaining TUCs as long as possible.

Yep, they will have sold so many tickets already. It puts the number 1 seed at a disadvantage. Plus tickets are cheaper in GB (although the drive is obviously further for me).

Agreed. Assuming Wisconsin gets swept this weekend, they will drop to around .5040 or so (obviously that can swing about .001 either way depending on other results). That would mean if they got swept the following weekend, they would likely drop from a TUC. It would also bring up the interesting dilemma for whoever faces Wisconsin, that it may be better to win in 3 games (and keep Wisconsin as a TUC) than to sweep the series. Of course, I don't know a coach in their right mind that would tell their kids to drop a game on purpose.

They played that song between periods during the Anchorage series. I ripped it on twitter, was rt'd by KVSC, and proceeded to get angry tweets stating that I should support local musicians by a guy who was in the process of asking celebrities for retweets for his birthday.

Being a musician myself, I'll gladly support local talent, but holy ****, that song is just awful. I believe it is worse than that Bemidji song from a couple years ago when they went to the Frozen 4. I'm sure if anyone makes the trip this weekend, you'll be able to hear it through the pa either pregame or between periods.

You don't like the song??? I'm shocked. It's so catchy. "S-C-S-U! Huskies! Huskies! Tell 'em what you came to do!" Biddy and I were singing it on the car ride home from Duluth. I am sad I'm not going this weekend because Biddy and I would be singing it nonstop together.

Actually this song is more polished than the Buttmidji song. But it doesn't have Dirty grinding on a hockey stick like that one did.
