Time to fire up the sled and head up to Stearns County. I've got my Arctic Cat jacket picked out, greased my hair back, put my #3 Dale shirt on, and will pick up a 12 of Milwaukee's Best Ice on the way up. Live to ride, ride to live baby! See ya'll at the NCC! Hoping to hear some Guns N Roses, Twisted Sister and Aerosmith over the PA system - nothing says college hockey like 70s/80s hair bands! Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
 
New NHC will seat 8000 for concerts, not hockey. Apparently Led Zeppelin is going to re-unite for the grand opening.

Since Duluth is already stuck with the two seed and nobody thinks Minnesota will lose again and they won't get a share of the MacNaughton, any chance we see Crandall in net and they give Reiter a night off?

Zero. UMD (players and coaches) was not happy with how they played and they are going to be playing for a share of the MacNaughton. I expect UMD to come out firing and to play well.

Fair enough. Wasn't implying you guys wouldn't be trying and obviously you're playing for momentum and pairwise, just thought maybe you'd stop "Reit"ing Reiter for a night, but fine's by me. I say we either light him up or run him. :D

We win, Omaha wins, Tech wins, CC falls to 6, we go to CC.
Omaha loses, Tech wins, we either win or tie, we host Tech.

I want the team to end their futility streak in that building and plus I hope we crush your home ice hopes. That would be nice :)

You guys don't have a huge streak of futility necessarily... you have a streak of not winning a series in the NHC, and that will continue. :D

Great to see Mike Lee on the front page of the USCHO website.

Speaking of SCSU goalies, I understand Nate Hardy will be dressed and on the bench for tonight's game. It would be fun for him to get some game time on Senior Night.

Just got off a conference call with Skeeter and Bob. Apparently Mike Lee is off the team and Hardy is starting.

I think UNO is a winnable series and I think we will see SCSU at the X

With the tie they were going to play UNO no matter what so it might as well be at home. If it goes three games the hsukies will lose...... UNO is in a tail spin and the Huskies are hot. If the Huskies win Friday night they will win Saturday and sweep. If UNO wins Friday they win series in three games.
