Reiter's stats seem like from a small sample size. But Kenny can step up in big games. I say UMD loses tonight and wins tomorrow.

The WCHA adage: Sweep at home. Split on the road.

Would love that to be the case, but a split this weekend seems likely

DU let that one get away. It was in the boat and flipped out. t reigning champs hung tough and had many chances in the 3rd and 4th to frost the cake.

Good gritty performance by UMD. Our PP seems to be getting back on track. Oleksuk's goal was classic FCC line from last year. UMD loves to use that same strategy every year.


I am worried that tonight DU will play their A game and come out with a win. I hope UMD can match their intensity. Or perhaps we will learn what I believed from the start of the year, that with the loss of Brittain this team was overrated. I don' seem them winning the league. They have an uphill climb at this point.

Hope my split prediction is a win and a tie!

Thought Adam only looked unfocused on the 2nd goal. But he pulled himself back together and made 40 saves.
Nick Shore's line really clicked last night. Time for big brother, Drew, Zucker and Salazar put it in the net tonight!
Time for the special teams to get it together!

Never been to Magness before.. can anybody recommend a good place to go before the game? Also is there a section where visiting fans usually sit? not trying to make any drama or hostility sitting too close to a student section or anything like that

Don't worry about the "rowdy" student section at Magness. Denver's students get about as crazy as the most subdued fans at places like Marriuci or Ralph Englestad. It's not very intense.

The Denver Student section is fairly lame unless its a CC game.
