Re: TRP: The Speed vs. Comfort Conundrum

Just as long as it's Dorkisak and not Fakeisak. Fakeisak would make a much better bodyguard.

Oh god, don't flirt with her, you're just going to encourage her to come back. *shudder*
Wait, are there 2 different "her" in this sentence? DL was was flirting with ctf, I'm pretty sure she never went anywhere to come back from. :p
Shouldn't DL flirting with someone scare them away?
Most definitely. Though he has recently said that he's gone on a third date recently, so props to him to pull that off. :p

Huh?

Yes, yes. ctf is always here.
I must ask though. If PB and I break up, who's going to be the one that stops posting?

Re: TRP: The Speed vs. Comfort Conundrum

Yeah, they make some light racks for unmarked cars that will even pop out of the front and rear dashes now, too. Those are just totally unfair. I've come across some unmarked cars - only realized what they were when I got up close to them - that even have normal state plates and not ones that read "Police."

Illinois has similar; the only identifying markings are a license plate ring that says "Illinois State Police" on regular Lincoln plates, and the extra radio whips on the back decklid.

I would assume the Minnesota cars also carry the extra whips. Not that that specific identifier can be spotted at night.

If you ever see a plain car that you're unsure of, look for (and count) the whips. :p

Only problem with that theory is that many agencies are using 800 MHz radios that only require a short (3" or so) antenna. There's even stealth models that look like little hockey pucks... very easy to hide.

The man is always looking for ways to be invisible...

I think if someone was clearly an *** that is who would stop posting. But, really there is no need to stop posting. I dated a Lodge member for awhile, we are no longer together and we both still post. Why should one stop posting? (unless their posts are beyond useless and they feel their posts are not welcome)

But maybe I'm weird in that I'm able to remain friends with or at least friendly towards (but not, *nudge nudge wink wink* friendly towards) most of my ex-es.

Neither one of you should have to make a sacrifice that the other doesn't, so in the interest of fairness I would say that you both should stop posting here.
