Yeahh... the move was risky enough in Houghton, something tells me it would not fly in that neck of the woods.


Final 5 needs to hurry up and get here already!!

Admiral AcPro was asked very nicely by her former high school advisors to not resign.
Furthermore, Admiral AcPro will not be attending the F5. :(
Yeah, yeah, I know, wishy washy.

I do believe PB just volunteered to DD though ;)

Well sort of. I think Yale is the closest school to where we'll be living. (the town we will be moving too is right on the coast between New Haven and New London.) So it will be more like I'll go to games at Yale and root for them except when they are playing certain teams in RED and, of course, UNH.

I think Uconn is too far away and I didn't even know Sacred Heart was in Connecticut.

I worked on a project on the far NW 'burbs of Huston and manged to get to only one Aeros game with several visits there. :( Did get to an Astros game too.

Storrs is about say 1:15 from some "mid-way point" between the two cities... the issue there is that there isn't a direct road.

I wouldn't recommend anybody subjecting themselves to UConn hockey though. Its fairly depressing.

And I'll have at least one good bottle of Scotch, might have two.


BUT!!!!! Bad news. The liquor store said that Baltika is one of the beers they cannot special order. HOWEVER, they are going to see what they normally carry in inventory from week to week, and also see if they can transfer bottles from their other stores to the one by me. I told them 12 bottles is preferable, and explained that I have visitors for the Final Five and these visitors can't get the Baltika where they live (yep, went with a little sob story).
