She was NPB. Multiple people thought that. In my book, as a rater when she said what she said, that's a 5. If she didn't say what she said, then maybe a 4.5

Multiple people said a 5. All of (or the majority of) which were Techies. Therefore a Tech 5. Simple Math(c)Scooby
