Right now, the kind on the left. :p

I'm doing a presentation on coal and why it led to the industrial revolution, and thought it'd be nice to have some as a prop. But apparently, the only two ways to get coal are in a lucite box or in a hopper car, and I suspect it's about the same price for both. :o

Where do you think all the chunk charcoal comes from?

Woodschips are fine when I want to smoke my food but they require a little bit to much time and effort to turn it to hot embers when all I want to do is grill a juicy steak.
