It definitely explains a lot...Are you a Packer fan?

Or a dead deer on his (rooster).
And "Yield" (the full album) by Pearl Jam is such a top 5 all time, it's sick. Balance, quality, etc......Goddam it's good.

I'm going to respectfully disagree, and counter with Ten.
I leave the deer *ing to the country folk. We city folk just throw down on ugly chicks.![]()
Are you a Packer fan?
Recognize, b*tch.
Yeah, I don't think Yield even makes my top 5 PJ albums: Riot Act, Vitalogy, Ten, Vs, Pearl Jam. I'd put it in the same grouping with Binaural and No Code, solid, with some great songs, but not overly spectacular.I'm going to respectfully disagree, and counter with Ten.
Hence your wife?![]()
(had to do it)

I gave up ugly chicks back in '04. Cold turkey.
And my wife is a Tech 19.
Even you could get laid in Superior, 'Hoven. "Forklift Operator" in Superior = "Hedge Fund Manager" in Manhattan![]()
I've seen the girls in Soup-Town. I want no part of that.![]()
And I'm not MNS. I've gotten mine.![]()
Whoa whoa whoa. Binaural and No Code? That's just silly.![]()
Vitalogy, I could see. Vs (overall, mind you, not song-by-song) struck me as a more "generic" (as generic as PJ could get) album. Loved it, of course, but not their best.
Yield really got me back into superfandom, rather than big fan area. I dunno why. I can't explain. But that is one album I will NEVER get tired of hearing from beginning to end. Ever.
I love the sound and feel of Vitalogy (with the exception of the "weird" songs, but they're easily skipped). I don't think they captured it again until Riot Act. Those are my 2 favorite PJ albums, and Riot Act is up there on my all-time list, as well. And I pretty much completely disagree with your assessment of Vs.
I put Yield in with Binaural and No Code (I think I like No Code more than Yield), as they're albums I will listen to occasionally, and really like, but won't go out of my way to listen to, and may jump around the albums.
EDIT: And all that all of this means is that I have to make sure my iPod has all of my PJ on it, so that I can spend the entire day tomorrow listening to Pearl Jam. Pretty sure I have (way) more than 8 hours worth, though. Maybe just the studio albums...
He lost some from me...which is hard to do since he didn't have any in the first place. That all went out the door the moment I met him.Plante, you just earned a bit more respect from me.![]()

It's not like I've gotten completely shut out...just mostly
Less than on Yield. How many radio-friendly songs (ok, I admit, this could be a flaw in my argument) are on that album?
It's like if there was a delayed penalty on Tech and their opponent scored own goal when they have an extra attacker...not sure how it happened, but with how little they score, they'll count it.So if I were you, I'd probably discount that.
