Get a check card, you don't pay per swipe period. Ditch the debit card

This is true. I was using an example from an old bank. My last two banks, including the one I used during my days in Hoton, both issued check cards.

You write a check: costs you money.

So you like spending money in check form, but not in card form. You make no sense. Yep, I'm a doctor, and I give you a failing grade.

You completely have missed the whole original point of the discussion in the first place.

Someone (Hammer, I think) was confused on why I would like an electronic lock with a swipable key, but not like a debit card (which you swipe to use, also).

I said, "The key doesn't cost me money every time I swipe it."
