Wow, what a cruddy sports day (soccer aside, anyway). I actually paid money to go sit outside and watch that pathetic effort from the Giants. :mad:

On the bright side, both of my fantasy football teams had massive days, thanks to (on one) Carson Palmer, Vincent Jackson, Roddy White, Marshawn Lynch and Indianapolis D, and (on the other) Matt Ryan, Ochocinco, Steve Slaton, Ricky Williams (!) and Pittsburgh D. Won BIG in the second game even leaving Patrick Crayton's 2 TDs on the bench.

Leave me out of this, I'm going to lose one of my games tomorrow night once David Akers gets six points. Losing to a stupid kicker thanks to the Bears D netting me -4 points. Dicks.

I have a very healthy lead in FF game this week, I have DeSean Jackson still to play and my opponent has the Eagles D.

I'm down 11 points with McNabb to go tonight, but I'm up against the Eagles defense and Jackson. Looking at a 4th straight loss.

Did you lose because your *ing kicker misses an XP, and then the following TD they go for two, even though it really didn't matter? No? Ok, then shut the * up. :mad:

No, I'm going to lose because the BEARS DEFENSE got crapped on by the BENGALS.

What world do you live in where THAT makes sense?

I have the world's crappiest, luckiest fantasy football team. My internet access was down for the draft, so I got autodrafted, nd the only QB I drafted in a 16 team league was Matt Cassel. I have been rolling various losers as back-ups, I just traded for Kyle Orton, but he of course had a bye. The only consistent scorer I had was Mac Jones-Drew, who I traded away for Orton. Probably a sucker move, but I needed some-freakin-body at QB. With all this, somehow I am 6-1, assuming that Antwaan Randle-El scores less then 15 point tonight.

The heavy hitters in my league are still to come, though. I suspect that I will win one, maybe two more games if I'm lucky.

I've been threatening to dump my Steelers D for the last three weeks due to little-to-no point production. I'm glad I didn't.:D

That said, taking Turner in with the second pick is not sitting well with me. Of course, of the top 5 backs in most leagues, only AP is producing well.

I've had decent numbers from Jones-Drew. He started off a little slow, but overall he's been pretty good.

He's the best touchdown vulture in the league, which is why I've kept him for the past couple years.

Other than him, I weep for my fantasy teams.
