TRP: Free of political butthurt since 1999.

Nope. ;)

I don't use that site, just having fun/being an arse.

do not tease me in my emotionally vulnerable and google-less state! :p

work blocks lots of sites (like anything with the word "blog" on it), but I can't imagine they'd block google.

And yet they let you into here. :p

I know, I still haven't figured that out. 14 years of visiting this website at work, and they haven't blocked it yet. They probably have bigger fish to fry, like the porn addicts, people running side business, and gamblers.

Again, we fail to see why they haven't blocked USCHO yet :p

Why is it impossible for illiterate Americans to correctly roll a burrito, while it is a piece of cake for illiterate Mexicans?

Re: TRP: Free of political butthurt since 1999.

It was really funny answering people's questions while wearing Michigan Tech gear this weekend. I was asked how far did you drive like five times. Nothing funnier than telling them an hour. Their was always this awkward pause from people.

Plus whenever our group entered bars or restaurants after the Saturday game the awkward silence and stares was awesome. :D Man that was funny.

A bit of ghost pepper this big: ,
Spread amongst two burritos is still hot as hell. Holy f*.

Re: TRP: Free of political butthurt since 1999.

I feel bad for your colon

I have a bit of a tolerance for spicy food. I have had ghost pepper hot sauce plain, just a dab off a toothpick (obviously) and that had quite a kick, but even the sample lady said she was surprised my eyes didn't water/I didn't choke a bit/etc.

I just put too much in my burritos. Lesson learned.

Re: TRP: Free of political butthurt since 1999.

In my email inbox this morning is an offer from Amazon Local Deals. One of the featured local deals is tickets to the Twins home opener on Monday, April 1. This is what happens when you field a team that's expected to have a losing season, a team payroll that's not very high (bad talent for an MLB team) after the owners promised to spend "big bucks" once the new stadium opened, and a forecasted high of 32 F in an open-air stadium in Minnesota. While official ticket sales for the game may be in the high 30,000 range, I'm expecting to see about 500 people in the actual stands. The rest will either be under the heat lamps, getting a beer or simply not show.

Everyone should boycott that team until they can field a pitching staff that belongs higher than AA ball.

It could be worse. You could be offering a "buy one, get one" sale like the Marlins for their opener.
