Re: TRP: Felching Sucks

It's a metaphor - he's not talking about the flock of geese you plowed through yesterday. :p

if I plowed through a flock of geese, you can bet I would be on here cursing a lot. That and you'd see footage of my carcass floating in a river. :p

That would take talent if you were cursing while dead. Then again, if anyone here could, it'd be you.

Re: TRP: Felching Sucks

It's like you're a human bio-dome ramping up for complete homeostasis or something.
Ideally, I'd have 2-3 weeks to adjust so that the change in sleep time would be much more gradual (shifting 30 min per day instead of 2 hours).
Here are my go to bed / wake-up times so far:
Tuesday - 10 a.m. / 6 p.m.
Wednesday - 8 a.m. / 4 p.m.
Thursday - 6 a.m. / 12:30 p.m.
Friday - 3:30 a.m. / 9:30 a.m.

The last two times, I woke up without an alarm - hence the skewing to an earlier wake-up time than I was attempting to get. I'm trying to settle for a 2 a.m. - 10 a.m. sleep cycle. So far, I haven't had much of a problem with "zombie mode", although there have been a few ~90 minute periods of major drowsiness in the mid-evening after eating supper.

I generally am the 12-1/8 bed/wake cycle, except weekends, where it can be anywhere from 12-4, wakeup 8-10am. Depends on the week.

And get on AIM, since you're up. Jack bag.

Oh god. It's my first day here, I'm still drunk and somebody just drifted in a forklift. I'm going to die.
