All of the food at Whole foods tastes like what I imagine cardboard tastes like. Plus as others have mentioned you get to overpay for the privledge of no flavor!

Is that company even in the Twin Cities? I don't think I've ever seen one around.

Along that order, is Trader Joe's the same type of place? I've had their green chili before; it was good.

Whole Foods is in the TC. There is one near lake Calhoun. Trader Joe's I do not believe is a "health" food store. Although they may sell some.

I have a grudge against Whole Foods. I loved Alfalfa's, which was bought out by Wild Oats, which was okay, and was bought out by Whole Foods. When I found out that the guys who started those three were all friends, it bugged me. That said, I shop at Whole Foods more than any other grocery store. I guess I'm slowly coming around.

And characterizing Whole Foods as a store that only sells cardboard shows that you have never shopped there. Their meat and produce sections are far better than any other grocery store, at least in Denver (and I'm pretty sure that with Kroger, Safeway and Albertsons we have pretty much the same grocery stores as everyone else.)
