drinking till 530 am fun, waking up at 10 am not at your own house and realizing you need to make a huge phone call, then making said phone call not so fun

Good morning, boys and girls. Happy Hump Day.

There is a guy out on the plaza next to my office who has a whistle. Not a normal whistle, but a loud one like a referee or a cop might use. (For all I know it's a cop.) And he keeps blowing on it, and sometimes he does the clap clap clap-clap-clap clap-clap-clap-clap rhythm, and it is SO ANNOYING AND LOUD AND I WANT TO GO DOWN THERE AND BEAT HIS FACE IN BECAUSE I CANNOT GET MY ****ING WORK DONE.
