He did something a while back where he said "I want to go shopping, first person to RT (return tweet) me I'll take on a shopping spree with me."

He's an AW, but in a good way.

He's also tweeted a restaurant in a visiting city when his team travels, and the first so many people that show up get to enjoy a meal with him. On his dime.

Yep... though this article stated "this summer" - I don't recall a specific timeframe mentioned the last time around.

So I found out today that our company, due to a milestone sales mark for last year, will give us a decent bonus in March. This is only the second time they've done this (our company is not one who gives out yearly bonuses; they prefer to beef up our profit-sharing plan, which is a pretty dang good plan to begin with). :)

I am keeping my major trips as scheduled, since I don't really know what the end-cost will be (the trip to Denver for Bro Gin's/T's wedding might turn into a full week's vacation, depending on a couple things).

And dunno if you checked your FB messages, but you, MNS, and BPH need to confirm your stay at the hotel for the F4 by the end of February. I need enough time to get an alternate if any of you back out. Payment for the hotel isn't due until we check in, though.

I haven't seen the facebook message, but I'll confirm the hotel for the F4 right here. I am taking those days off for sure, and since I'll be missing out on a bunch of the final 5, I'm all in for the F4.

Ok, so now it's up to BPH and MNS.

SOH: you are on the list. The list, however, cannot be disclosed at this time. I will say it's probably unlikely that you will be staying at the hotel. There is a person ahead of you for sure, maybe two (dunno hotel situations of one person).

Meh. It's my own fault for not getting a room in time. No worries. I'll figure something out. I have a few buddies that live in St. Paul. They would be cool with my cabbing it to either place for that weekend.

Considering that I booked 50 weeks in advance (along with some of the easterners) that is no surprise that you couldn't get a room. The Holiday Inn was a cluster* from the get-go (there's some sort of shenanigans there, trust me), the Crowne Plaza was the next choice, and they were filled rather quickly. Even about 2-3 months ago, most if not all hotels within walking distance of the X were booked. Mookie didn't luck out, either.
