If you're referring to President Meier, he took office in 1987 (the same year Glenn Thomaris took over the team). Still nothing changed.

On a side note, I met him while I was visiting the school. He seemed to really like me, and I found him a reasonable enough man.

Now, you could be referring to somebody else, in which case I'm waiting space on the forum.
