WARRIOR HOCKEY PLAYER OF THE WEEK
#9 SARAH LEFORT, BOSTON UNIVERSITY

Lefort opened and closed the scoring for the Terriers in Saturday's 4-1 win over Vermont. Both of the junior's goals came unassisted, with the second marker being tallied while shorthanded. This marks the Rockville, Maryland native's second Warrior Hockey Player of the Week honor this season, having previously won the award Nov. 24.
PRO AMBITIONS ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
#13 AMY BOUCHER, NEW HAMPSHIRE
(Fr., F; Edmonton, Alb.)
Boucher found the back of the net for her fourth goal of the season on a breakaway in Friday night's 5-0 win over Providence, proving to be the eventual game-winner. The freshman forward finished the game with a plus-one rating, four shots, and won 12 of 22 faceoffs for the Wildcats.
WHEA DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
#35 VILMA VAATTOVAARA, NEW HAMPSHIRE

Vaattovaara recorded her second shutout of 2014-15 and of her career in Friday night's 5-0 victory at Providence. The junior netminder kicked out each of the 30 shots she faced against the Friars. Hockey East

Alex Carpenter, BC (Jr., F; North Reading, Massachusetts) Recorded her 12th multi-point game of the season with two points (1g, 1a) at Maine.
Emily Pfalzer, BC (Sr., D; Getzville, New York) Chipped in two assists in 8-1 victory over Maine to help No. 1 Boston College stay undefeated.
Haley Skarupa, BC (Jr., F; Rockville, Maryland) Tallied two scores at Maine, pushing her point-streak to 15 games.
Kenzie Kent, BC (Fr., F; Norwell, Massachusetts) Two assists helped the Eagles move to 16-0-1 and has six points (2g, 4a) her last two games.
Sarah Lefort, BU (Jr., F; Ormstown, Quebec) Notched two goals, including a short-handed tally, in a 4-1 Terriers win over Vermont.

Jillian Langtry, ME (Jr., F; Fort Frances, Ontario) Her first goal of the season came against No. 1 BC Friday night, giving the Black Bears a 1-0 lead over the Eagles.
Jonna Curtis, UNH (So., F; Elk River, Minnesota) Matched her career-high with two goals at Providence, including the game-winner in a 5-0 victory.
Amy Boucher, UNH (Fr., F; Edmonton, Alberta) Scored a goal, poured four shots on net and won 12 of 22 faceoffs in the Wildcat win over the Friars.
NOTEWORTHY
RECORD SET: No. 1 Boston College set a new standard for consecutive games won, capturing its 14th straight victory with an 8-1 win over Maine last weekend. The Eagles had eight skaters secure multi-point games in the record-setting effort, while junior forwards Alex Carpenter and Haley Skarupa have now scored at least one point in every game they have played this season.
OFFENSIVE BURST: New Hampshire tied a season-best with five goals in a 5-0 win at Providence, including netting three goals in a single frame for the first time this year. Those three tallies came in just 4:45 of play.
HOLD LEFORT: BU junior forward and reigning Hockey East Player of the Year Sarah Lefort has scored at least two goals in three of her last four outings, including a four point night (3g, 1a) against UNH on Nov. 23, all on the power play.
MONDAY NIGHT HOCKEY: Providence College visits Boston University tonight at 7 p.m. for a Monday night contest. It marks the final game of the 2014 calendar year for both teams and is also the last league contest before 2015.
HOT HANRAHAN: After scoring just two goals in her first 12 contests, Friars senior forward Beth Hanrahan has lit the lamp six times in her last seven outings.
