Oswego State Athletics page apparently states, "Oswego State fans should request Section 16 when contacting the box office." To little to late? I'll see how it goes when I get there...besides section 8 is right on the blue line :cool:

Perhaps, since there will be so many in section 8, we should all meet up somewhere near section 8 between the games to discuss post-game activites ;)

Anyone pick out a spot for pre-game analysis over beers? I'm getting into town at 12:30 - would like to walk around some. My friend is getting wrapped up in the Siena game, so we need to be in an establishment for the first half (2:30 tipoff)

Let me know your location if you end up watching the Siena game. I'll be leaving campus (Siena, that is :cool:) at 12:30, should be able to be there by 3:00. I'm only 18, so I'll have to pass on the beers, but pre-game analysis and Siena Basketball sounds like a good deal to me. :D

One suggestion I've heard for this is:

Lake Placid Pub and Brewery.
813 Mirror Lake Drive
Lake Placid, NY 12946

According to Jim, it's a nice place with TVs all over.

It's about a third of the mile down the road and around the corner from the Olympic Center. Lakeplacid.com says that if you decide to grab a bite to eat, expect to spend somewhere between $4.95 and $16.95, depending on what you get.

Also, they note the following:
Selected as The Best Brewery in New York State at the 2007 & 2005 Tap New York Beer Festival.

Selected as The Best Brewery in the Hudson Valley at the 2007, 2005, & 2003 Tap New York Beer Festival.

And, of course, it's the home on Ubu Ale, if you happen to be into that kind of thing.

Ha, was just talking about this place with someone. We were there last year and had burgers, but Caveman now says the ribs are to die for. Hence, we must return. Plus it has a great beer selection which, as always, is of major import.
