The UPS one cracks me up. I know those idiots aren’t smart enough to realize the vast majority of our shipping is done by companies through their accounts. People shipping stuff personally is such a low percentage it would barely effect the company at all.
 
I just think it is funny he thinks that just because people might be registered that means they have to vote. I doubt those "woke" college students will vote at the exact same amount they did before.

Of course this is the state that refused FEMA funds to clean up the Gulf after the Deepwater Horizon fiasco which is why Biloxi is dead outside of their casino and as a cheaper airport to fly to and go to NoLa.
 
Anchorage had it's municipal election on Tuesday with the Mayoral election as the big race. It may seem inconsequential but, in Alaska, Anchorage has quickly become the last bastion against Trumplican stupidity (especially important considering the Incubator of Insanity that is the Mat-Su Valley is so nearby). The Mayoral race is likely heading to a runoff between a Standard Moderate Democrat That Is Painted As An Extreme Leftist Because Republicans vs A Bog Standard Pants On Head Crazy Trumpist Republican like we've had for the last two elections. It'll be a close race because the RWNJs are out in full force pushing BS but there is hope.

The good news is that the Democratic endorsed candidates are leading in all the School Board races and a recall effort (with a bunch of outside funding) against the Democratic Assembly Chair is failing. So, as long as sanity can prevail in the Mayoral runoff, Anchorage can remain a bastion of sanity among a sea of insanity.
