Wasn’t a news article so take it FWIW, but I read for it to be upgraded to anything higher than a misdemeanor in South Dakota there needs to be intoxication.

Of course, when you’re given 18 hours to take the toxicology test, you’re not likely to show anything.
 
Alaska celebrates their Governor getting COVID by having a 5.3 earthquake 9 miles NE of Anchorage.

Hopefully my wife and daughter will actually be able to sleep tonight...

A second former staffer has accused New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo of sexual harassment.

Charlotte Bennett, who began working for the state last March, told The New York Times that the governor had repeatedly asked her intimate personal questions, which felt like “something out of a horror movie.” They included questions about her romantic life and whether Bennett, 25, “had ever been with an older man.”

hypocrisy at its finest- Elise Stefanek, probably mad about all the attention Marjorie is getting, is demanding cuomo resign.

She didn’t have same energy for trump or any R in the same situation

We should not quote any conservative, even to mock. They should be completely banished from any mention. Deny them every platform.
