If these parents would have taught their kids that sometimes you can't always get what you want, that you sometimes have to find alternatives, and to get their kids good mental health assistance, it would have been fine. Maybe it's like how DWI changed to DUI a while ago.
I'm not buying that this was an accident. I have never owned a handgun, but I just don't see any way anybody ever holds one up to his head unless there are already some seriously dark thoughts going on inside that head.

I also love that it was two state police officers that sued on the Governor’s behalf. Cops being worried because “it smelled like marijuana” is their usual catch all for their BS.
