Implying that liberals who don't believe in a higher power aren't reasonable. Hence, unofan's question about atheists and agnostics.

Which you weaseled away from, saying that wasn't what was in your post. No, it wasn't, explicitly. But it was certainly there.

I bet I know your doctor then :)

I've set up most of the offices in that building with our software system. Our biggest practice is on the top two floors, in fact.

I can attest that your doctor is probably very good - I can't think of any crummy ones in that building. Some complany-pants ones for sure, but all good docs.
 
I'm not in favor of banning religion, but I am in favor of educating it out of the majority of the population, similar to what most of modern Europe has done.

Yeah, my PCP is on the top floor. My podiatric surgeon is on the third floor.

Kind of like they’ve done with marriage too.

i am not looking at stats, just anecdotally after living in Europe for 3 years

While there is a pretty frickin long list of people killing and dying for their higher power, you're going to have to back up the claim that a whole lot of people have killed or died in support of lack of a higher power.

While there are PLENTY of examples of the evil done in the name of whatever higher power you want to make up, there's also a lot of good people do. And a lot of mental stability that religion can provide to many.

Religion isn't the problem. Just like every thing- it's the extremists who exploit it that makes it evil.

European Dumbf-ckistan is Poland/Slovakia/Hungary/Croatia, and points east. The EU should not have gone near it.

My school board candidates fucking rock.

One is a woman of color who who has three degrees, including a PhD. Second is another woman of color who teaches science at a magnet school, she has a BS in Bio from an HBCU and a masters in ed. I forget what the other two women I voted for had, but they were all great.
