Yep, late 2008/early 2009 is the first rumblings I can remember hearing and reading of McCain being a "turncoat liberal" and righties realizing (too late) that Shrub was a low functioning, pu55y fck-up raised by the country club staff. Sadly it only led them to doubling down and going with candidates who are both stupid and malevolent. Same thing happened with Romney - they hated him in 2008, pretended to like him in 2012, then immediately went back to hating him and Paul Ryan at triple the intensity after they lost.

Yep. That is why Ryan never wanted to be Speaker and basically walked away from politics.

So...thanks Trump!

He is picking the right time to announce since Abbotts recent numbers are heading to Trumplandia territory. (he is at 45%)

From 90% to 89%.

Democrats in Texas like their guns, too.

Beto has no chance because the GOP can run one ad on repeat against him.

Post putsch I don't think TX Dems are going to be voting for an (R) just because of gunz.

Beto can come out strong for guns and kill the issue. "Austin is worth a mass grave."

Garrett Soldano's YouTube account has been permanently removed.

And yes, there is a willful ignorance of difference between 1A and Terms of Services.

Texas: Dallas' school admin removes LGBTQ "safe space" stickers and around 500 students walk out in protest.

The school says the stickers were removed for promoting politics, yes, because a person's existence is political.

I declare Order 66 on the Right.

It was MacArthur High School here in Irving. The walkout was because two teachers got suspended for refusing to remove the stickers. Good for the students and the teachers.
