It's not meant to ever be implemented (as noted, it would bankrupt the state with law suits). It's red meat for the fucksticks.
 
According to the schedule, the drag event wasn't even starting until 9:30p and would've went on until almost midnight. That and the beer tent pretty much preclude the idea that the festival is strictly for families.
 
Before COVID most of NY hated him and that was before he was a sleeve. If he was a Republican though it would be cancel culture! ;^)

It's refreshing when a party realizes that a member has done illegal things and their reaction is to call for that person to resign, instead of the breaking into the Capitol and trying to kill half of Congress.

Agreed. Also explains why I was cool with Democrats investigating Cuomo for the nursing home stuff, which was quickly overshadowed by Cuomo sexually assaulting women.
